Edit: Nope, I hooked up 2 controllers via usb and went into the zombie mode and there were only 2 options, solo or online. I went into the online one and started a private match. THE ANSWER: you can't. Took me a whole day of scouring the Internet and after posting on every forum and going through 2 support chats, Treyarch was finally able to tell me that black ops 3 on PC does not support 4 player split screen. You'd have to buy the game again and connect from another computer.
